February 28th: Power Chefs Edmond Bischoff and Chris Day are making a Night dedicated to Family Fun! They will be making Homemade Pizza (cheese or pepperoni), Homemade French Fried Potatoes with a side of Broccoli, and a Green Salad.

Don't forget we are doing an ongoing collection for the Claymont Community Center Food Pantry. Bring donations at any time.

Part of the Dinner Gild's goal is a multigenerational experience. Kids make thing louder and more unpredictable and just more fun in general if you get to know them! Give them a chance!

March 7th:  Megan Otto and Drew Jordan will represent the Swim Gild with Arugula Salad with Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, and Shaved Parmesan, Chicken Pot Pie Filled with Vegetables, Mushroom & Vegetable Pot Pie with Chocolate Eclair Cake for Dessert.

March 14th: Sharon Kleban will lead the Folk Gild in making Carrot Ginger soup, Chicken (or Cauliflower) Marbella, Roast Potatoes, Seasonal Green Vegetable, Green Salad, and a Pie Day Dessert!

March 21st Chef Neil Kantner is leading the Men’s Book Club again!  They will be ushering in spring with Orecchiette Primavera with Chicken and Vegetables.  Starting with a Chopped Italian Salad and ending with Cannoli and Gelato for Dessert.

March 25th:  Wednesday Pizza Night!

  • Homemade 16-inch, choose Cheese OR Pepperoni

  • Takeout only for $12 each (whole pies only), pay when picking up

  • Order that day before 6:30 PM, Pickup between 5–7 PM.

March 28th: The Concert Gild will be bringing Jamaican cooking to Arden again this year.  Stay tuned for more details via email or facebook.

April 4th: No Dinner on this Holiday Weekend

We have mentors and helpers if it's your first time; many hands make light work! Please reach out at adgreservations@gmail.com if you're interested. We can help you plan your meal, advise you on shopping options, and give you tips on cooking for large groups. Here's a perfect chance for newcomers to help with a meal and meet new friends.

  • Doors open at 5:15 and dinner is served at 6:00 pm. If you do not arrive by 6:30 we can not guarantee there will be food for you
  • $15 for Arden Club members, $20 for non-members. 
  • Reservations can be requested at adgreservations@gmail.com. 
  • You must request a vegetarian meal ahead of time.  
  • You don’t have to cancel at the last minute.  For all other communication, we much prefer email!   If you don’t have access to email you can call or text 302-238-6860
  • Alcohol is by Purchase Only: Wine ($15 bottle, $8 carafe, $5 glass) and beer ($3) 
  • We now take credit cards!

  • All tips go to our gild hall staff (Chris, Brigid, John, George). They are who make the world of dinner gild and the Arden Club go round! Please consider giving as generously as you are able!  The Tip Jar will be up every week.

The Dinner Gild contributes to the strong sense of community among the residents of The Ardens, members of the Arden Club, and their guests, by providing opportunities to share wholesome, inexpensive meals in a neighborhood environment.  Bringing together our love of the arts, food, music, and most importantly, friendship.
