The Arts & Crafts Gild and The Arden Dinner Gild are teaming up for a Fall Charcuterie Workshop — part cooking class, part art class, all delicious. Come solo or bring a friend to help you build a board loaded with all the flavors of the season. Each board feeds two, so it's just the right amount whether you're staying to eat or taking it home for later.
You'll learn how to compose a board that's as beautiful as it is tasty, plus how to scale the same techniques up into a showstopping centerpiece for your holiday parties. We'll send you home with recipe downloads for the condiments and other board goodies, and pour a glass of sparkling wine for every attendee.
Space is limited to 15 boards, so don't wait to register. Keri del Tufo and Jill Althouse-Wood are leading this workshop with some Chris Day magic in the mix. Permanent Dinner Gild list does not apply to this jointly sponsored event.

Where: Lower Gild Hall
Cost: $60/board, paid in advance via PayPal (see below)
