Don't Fear Watercolor
Special Watercolor Workshop

Curious about watercolor but not sure where to start? This relaxed, beginner-friendly class is the perfect introduction. Instructor Cookie Ohlson will demonstrate a variety of brush and painting techniques, and you’ll have plenty of time to try them yourself.

No drawing experience needed—the design is provided! By the end of the evening, you’ll head home with your own original lighthouse painting, ready to welcome summer.

Cost: $20
Materials: All supplies are included, though you’re welcome to bring your own. Cookie will provide high-quality Arches paper and Winsor & Newton paints and will explain why they make a difference.

Space is limited to 12 participants, so reserve your spot at: artsandcraftsgild@gmail.com. Payment can be made via Venmo (payment info sent upon registration) or in cash if you see Cookie on an Arden path.

For inspiration, be sure to follow the Arden Arts & Crafts Gild Facebook page, where we’ll be posting a few short intro-to-sketchbooking videos ahead of the event.
